Anthony N Federico, RA is qualified to service your FHA appraisal needs  (978) 521-3349

Anthony N. Federico, RA (978) 521-3349 is Massachusetts and New Hampshire state certified and also on the FHA Roster of approved certified residential appraisers in both states. Most FHA approved lenders and origination sources know that FHA protocol is complicated. I am well qualified and experienced regarding FHA appraisal protocol and DE underwriting and have been providing appraisal services related to FHA 203(b) and 203(k) streamline and full rehab loans for the past 30 years. FHA is not a loan program - it is an insurance tool for making mortgage loans available through FHA approved mortgagees. As such, properties must meet minimum property requirements or standards for eligibility. Not all properties with deficiencies and outdated components are automatically disqualified. FHA offers rehab, repair and energy efficiency options to those borrowers who are qualified to take advantage of such programs. These are changing times...experience, knowledge and analytic skills are what allows me to offer a high degree of appraisal competency to those in need of this type of expertise.

I believe that the opportunity for home ownership should be available to all Americans. In 1934, in the midst of severe economic times, the National Housing Act was passed and the FHA was created and charged with a specific mission.

Today, FHA-insured loan programs available through their lending partners across the nation assist credit-worthy low and moderate-income families who may not otherwise have the means and resources to qualify for conventional loans, achieve their dream of home ownership. The FHA is also a strong advocate for those with FHA insured loans facing financial hardship and possible foreclosure and can assist with access to many federal and state support services.
